BCR Adds New ProQuest Database Resources

BCR is now offering three new ProQuest eLibrary products developed for community college, K-12 and public libraries — eLibrary, eLibrary Science and eLibrary Elementary.

The eLibrary family is a user-friendly general reference tool and a great resource for delivering full-text and multimedia reference essentials that support user inquiry. Offering content sets for every range of user, including college-level researchers and professional educators, eLibrary provides access to information found in magazines and journals, newspapers, reference books, TV and radio transcripts, maps, pictures, websites and audio/video.

  • eLibrary — a general reference tool to one of the largest general reference collections of periodical and digital media content; designed to support every range of user, including elementary students, college-prep and college-level researchers and professional educators.
  • eLibrary Science — access to thousands of full-text and multimedia files to help researchers better understand concepts in science and allow educators at all levels to build engaging science materials, lessons and activities for students of all ages.
  • eLibrary Elementary — media types and search functionality tailored to the young reader; presents students with a colorful, graphical search interface to help them find the answers they need from more than 130 magazines, newspapers, books, transcripts, maps, images, weblinks and audio/video titles.
