The COUNTER-style report includes COUNTER usage data similar to COUNTER compliant vendors.

The User Warnings report can be used by customers/members who want to keep track of patrons who have been downloading excessive content and may be in violation of the Books24x7 Membership Agreement. Additional information about warnings can be found on the Secure Forms webpage.

These reports are available in addition to the standard ICOLC and Access Denial reports. Customers/members select which reports they want from a menu. To access the Reporting Site:

• Go to reports.books24x7.com/library.asp
• Log in using the username and password previously supplied
