Books24x7 Offers Information Webinars, Discounts

Both new and currently subscribing libraries can benefit from several promotional opportunities being offered by Books24x7. In addition, two webinars are scheduled June 24 or 25 to introduce what's new.

Sign Up for a Free Webinar — Discover what's new from Books24x7, including new content, special offers and a live demo of the award-winning search and learn technology, new features for patrons, nine collections, new bundles and front list content. A Q&A session will follow.

Select the Register Now link below for either session. You will be directed to a webpage with information and instructions on how to register and log in to the session. Registration must be completed by 9:45 a.m. MDT prior to each session in order to attend.

Whether you are an academic/community college, public or special library, Books24x7 can help users increase their effectiveness in today's rapidly changing business environment—at discounts that make access to these resources more affordable in today's economic climate.

Through July 31, libraries that renew their current subscription at its current or higher level or start a new subscription for at least one of the Books24x7 collections by July will receive one of six collections for the term of the license at no additional charge. Available collections include ExecBlueprints, ExecSummaries, FinancePro, GovEssentials, OfficeEssentials and Well-BeingEssentials.

Also available at a discount are two new collections that have been bundled to provide institutions with large patron populations access to a vast and comprehensive selection of high-quality materials. These are full library collections and are updated weekly throughout the year and include Books24x7 Complete for Libraries and Books24x7 LibraryPro.

Public libraries and community colleges have a new integrated package comprised of two versatile collections: OfficeEssentials and Well-BeingEssentials. This is a timely resource that connects library patrons to well-being and learning resources and covers essential computer basics, career transition, job searching, personal finance, productivity and wellness subjects.

Free Trial Access Through August 31 — Try any or all of the Books24x7 nine collections for free for 60 days through August 31. This includes ITPro, BusinessPro and EngineeringPro as well as the collections listed above. Send an email to librarysales@books24x7.com with the subject line "60 days access" and include your library's full IP range in the body of the message.
