Need to Contact BCR? Here’s How!

BCR is updating its telephone system to better serve our member libraries across our 11-state region and throughout the U.S. We will continue to personally deliver the outstanding service you have come to expect from BCR.

Starting July 1, when you call into the BCR main telephone number, you will be immediately connected with BCR’s newly created Support Center. From there, you will be asked to select from several options, allowing you to choose the area of support assistance you require.

  • For all questions related to ordering, invoicing, member discounts, training schedules and registration, renewals or similar issues, option #3 will be your selection.
  • For all questions related to membership in BCR or our products and services, you will choose option #4.
  • For all questions related to OCLC product support, you will be directed to contact OCLC’s Support Center.

You will also have the option of bypassing the BCR general mailbox and dialing the extension of the person you wish to speak with.

It is anticipated that this more streamlined system will help create efficiencies both in the time and effort it takes to have your questions answered by a BCR Solutions Coordinator.

We are eager to hear about your experience with our new support system. Please contact support@bcr.org with any questions or comments.
