- Search functionality – General layout, cross-references, scope and subject/title configurations.
- Other features – Dynamic table functionality, interactive world atlas, flash animations, videos and audio files.
- Credo Reference Administrative System – Combining new customization features, content selection, usage stats, MARC records and more.
- Promoting capabilities – MARC records, title/subject linking, user guides, etc., as well as some effective promotion techniques.
