Exhibitor Information
A limited number of tabletop exhibits will be available at A Reference Renaissance, which will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Denver Southeast. Exhibitors are entitled to a 30 minute time slot in the Vendor Demonstration track, and will have a listing in the conference program and website. Over 425 librarians are attending, from a wide range of library types and locations.
Each tabletop will include: 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, electricity and high-speed Internet
Cost per tabletop: $325.00; includes registration for conference for up to two attendees
Exhibits set-up:
August 3, noon – 4:30 pm and 7 pm – 9 pm
August 4, 6 am – 8 am
Exhibits open:
August 3, 4:30 pm – 7 pm
August 4, 8 am – 5 pm
August 5, 8 am – 3 pm

The exhibits area will be secured each night for your safety and convenience.
Exhibitors must arrange for their own outbound shipping; please be sure to bring shipper account numbers and labels.
