Subscription Information
Renewals
Approximately three (3) months before your subscription is due to expire you will receive a renewal notice
from BCR with instructions on how to renew your subscription. Renewal announcements are also posted
in BCReview.
Cancellations
For a full refund on a new subscription, the subscription must be canceled within thirty (30) days of the subscription start date. Otherwise, subscriptions may not be canceled at any time other than during the renewal process.
Payment
Payment/Invoice
Do not send payment with your order. You will be invoiced in the first two weeks of the month following the start of your subscription.
Purchase Orders (POs)
BCR does not require Purchase Orders. If your organization requires you to issue a Purchase Order, please make the PO to BCR, not the vendor partner. If you mail or fax a Purchase Order to BCR, please include information on the PO that BCR can use to match it to your Web order (e.g. school and district name, common and legal name of the library or university) and mark the PO "Confirmation Copy."
Credit Cards
BCR accepts credit cards. In order to make a payment with a credit card, select "Credit Card" in the payment section and complete the required information.
Pricing and Quotes
Pricing for this product is based on several factors including type of organization (academic, public, school, special, etc.), size of organization (FTE, population served, number of cardholders, number of employees, etc.) and amount of access purchased (number of users, unlimited). See the Order/Renewal Form for specific pricing details including minimums, administration fees and prorating (if applicable) and to calculate the price for your organization.
