Description
BCR offers several group collections each year. Based on interest expressed from member libraries, BCR works with NetLibrary to develop shared collections that contain titles focused on a specific subject area or interest or a particular group of libraries. Any library is welcome to join an open Shared Collection. If your library participates in a Shared Collection that is closed you can access title lists for those collections from the BCR website.

Subscription periods vary based on availability and interest. Contact BCR if you are interest in learning more about Shared Collections.
License Agreement
For new orders, you must complete, sign and send a License Agreement. If you are a renewing subscriber for this product, there is no need to complete a new license agreement.
Payment
Payment/Invoice
Do not send payment with your order. You will be invoiced in the first two weeks of the month following the start of your subscription.
Purchase Orders (POs)
BCR does not require Purchase Orders. If your organization requires you to issue a Purchase Order, please make the PO to BCR, not the vendor partner. If you mail or fax a Purchase Order to BCR, please include information on the PO that BCR can use to match it to your Web order (e.g. school and district name, common and legal name of the library or university) and mark the PO "Confirmation Copy."
Credit Cards
BCR accepts credit cards. In order to make a payment with a credit card, select "Credit Card" in the payment section and complete the required information.
Pricing and Quotes
Pricing for this product is based on the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) model. See the Order/Renewal Form for specific pricing details including minimums, administration fees, and prorating (if applicable) and to calculate your organization’s FTE and price.
