Subscription Information
Subscription Period
eContent titles may be available via purchase or subscription models depending on the vendor, the platform, the type of eContent (eBooks, downloadable audiobooks, downloadable music, etc.) and the publisher. Purchase models may include different access or hosting fees that may be annual or in perpetuity. eContent titles may be available for title-by-title acquisition or in collections of titles.
Payment
Payment/Invoice
Do not send payment with your order. You will be invoiced in the first two weeks of the month following the start of your subscription.
Purchase Orders (POs)
BCR does not require Purchase Orders. If your organization requires you to issue a Purchase Order, please make the PO to BCR, not the vendor partner. If you mail or fax a Purchase Order to BCR, please include information on the PO that BCR can use to match it to your Web order (e.g. school and district name, common and legal name of the library or university) and mark the PO "Confirmation Copy."
Credit Cards
BCR accepts credit cards. In order to make a payment with a credit card, select "Credit Card" in the payment section and complete the required information.
Pricing and Quotes
Complete the Quote Request Form to receive a quote for this product.
Pricing for eContent titles is based on the type of organization (academic, public, school, special, etc.), size of organization (FTE, population served, number of employees, etc.), the number of titles purchased at a given time, the hosting/platform fee for accessing the titles (may be annual or perpetual depending on the vendor partner) and the price of the titles purchased. See the Order/Renewal Form or title lists for specific pricing details including minimums, administration fees and prorating (if applicable).
