Subscription Information
Subscription Period - Rolling
Subscriptions period is for one year and may be started at any time. Subscriptions will typically start on the first (1st) or the fifteenth (15th) of the next month, depending on the vendor partner, the date the order was received by BCR and the time to process your order.
Renewals
Approximately three (3) months before your subscription is due to expire you will receive a renewal notice
from BCR with instructions on how to renew your subscription. Renewal announcements are also posted
in BCReview.
Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Libraries are responsible for any sessions logged prior to cancellation.
License Agreement
For new orders, you must complete, sign and send a License Agreement. If you are a renewing subscriber for this product, there is no need to complete a new license agreement.
Payment
Payment/Invoice
Do not send payment with your order. You will be invoiced in the first two weeks of the month following the start of your subscription.
Purchase Orders (POs)
BCR does not require Purchase Orders. If your organization requires you to issue a Purchase Order, please make the PO to BCR, not the vendor partner. If you mail or fax a Purchase Order to BCR, please include information on the PO that BCR can use to match it to your Web order (e.g. school and district name, common and legal name of the library or university) and mark the PO "Confirmation Copy."
Credit Cards
BCR accepts credit cards. In order to make a payment with a credit card, select "Credit Card" in the payment section and complete the required information.
Pricing and Quotes
Pricing is based on the “pay-by-session” model. Libraries will be charged $12.50 for each session logged by their users/patrons for the Live Homework Help service.

Authentication
IP Access
Access to this resource is controlled by IP number filtering. This type of authentication allows a user from any computer within the identified IP range (in your library, school, on your campus, in your organization) to access the database simply by going to the appropriate URL.

Remote Access
Remote Barcode Authentication (please provide us with your barcode prefix and the corresponding barcode length).
Secure Referring URL (please provide us with your password protected URL)
Access
In order to access this product, you will be sent a URL via email. You may place links to this URL on your library’s website, in bibliographic instruction materials, in learning management systems, etc. Access is limited to authenticated users. In addition, icons and graphics to link the URL to will be made available through provided promotional materials.
Usage Statistics
Monthly usage statistics will be sent to the library with the BCR invoice. Usage statistics at other times can be requested by contacting BCR.
