Heather Clark serves as a trainer/librarian, teaching a variety of workshops focused on the areas of resource sharing, reference and document delivery services. She also supports OCLC's core services and assists with interlibrary loan and resource sharing issues. Previously, she was employed by Denver Seminary where she served initially as Interlibrary Loan and Acquisitions Coordinator and later as Collection Management Librarian. Heather received her MLIS from the University of Wisconsin--Milwaukee. She earned a Master of Christian Studies at Regent College in Vancouver, BC with an interdisciplinary focus in theology and literature. Her undergraduate studies in English were completed at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO.
