Empower the Patron: Unmediated Requesting in WorldCat Resource Sharing - Online

Description
The WorldCat Resource Sharing service from OCLC offers features that can improve your staff efficiency. Participants in this workshop will learn how to set up patron-initiated requesting through FirstSearch and create Direct Request profiles to auto-submit requests to lenders without staff intervention.

NOTE: This course is designed for individual participation. Regardless of whether you attend as an individual or as a group, the fee for this online workshop will be charged for each person who views the session. All participants must register separately.
