Why Do We Ask for Your Home Phone Number?

There are times when BCR is forced to cancel a workshop because of trainer illness or inclement weather. Due to the last-minute nature of this kind of cancellation, we ask that you provide both your work and home telephone numbers so that we can inform you when the decision to cancel has been made.

If you have not received notification that a workshop has been cancelled, but you wanted to check, please call BCR at (800) 397-1552. If you are calling outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Mountain Time), connect to voice mailbox 411. A recorded message will advise you of any cancellations that may have occurred.
