The 2010 WebWise Conference on Libraries and Museums in the Digital World was held March 3-5, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. The conference was co-hosted by the University of Denver and the Denver Art Museum, and the theme was "Imagining the Digital Future." Conference programs addressed the successes and innovations of the past as well as the opportunities and challenges that can help drive museum and library sciences into the future. Topics included interoperability, the future of collaboration, standards and best practices, technology and systems development, training a 21st century cultural heritage information workforce and strategies to more deeply engage audiences.

A special feature of the 2010 conference is the University of Denver's Penrose Library and Morgridge College of Education’s Library and Information Science program's oral history program called "Digital Pioneers," which is based on interviews with leading figures who have played a significant role in cultural heritage digitization.
